CIRS (Critical Incident Reporting System) Formular

Ein Critical Incident Reporting System oder kurz CIRS ist ein Berichtssystem zur anonymisierten Meldung von kritischen Ereignissen und Beinahe-Schäden in Einrichtungen des Gesundheitswesens wie z.B. in Krankenhäusern, Arztpraxen, Kliniken …
Durch die Teilnahme an diesem Programm lernen Organisationen voneinander und stärken gemeinsam das Vertrauen aller in die Abläufe, und damit letztlich in die sichere Lage, in der sich Patienten stets befinden sollen. „Critical-incident-reporting“-Systeme (CIRS) dienen also dazu, Organisationen und Individuen für bislang unbekannte und sicherheitsrelevante Ereignisse zu sensibilisieren, um damit Veränderungen herbeizuführen.
